Sea bass roasted on its skin, rosemary artichoke marmalade with stuffed courgette flower with “chanterelle” mushrooms, garlic & “calisson” potatoes, and chicken juice.  CHF 48.-

Chicken breast stuffed with roasted Iberian chorizo, Spanish style black rice, and piquillo sauce.  CHF 39.-
